These terms govern your use of Ride Club. By using the app or website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Who can use Ride Club

You need to be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

What we offer

Ride Club is a free app and website for vehicle enthusiasts to connect with other riders, track their vehicles, save and share routes, plan meetups, and communicate within clubs. The mobile app is supported by ads (delivered by Google AdMob) and by targeted offers from partners — see our Privacy Policy for details on what data those involve.

We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We'll do our best to give notice before removing something important.

Your content

You own the content you post — photos, ride logs, messages, club information. By posting on Ride Club, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, infringing on someone else's rights, or otherwise harmful.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use Ride Club to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post illegal content or solicit illegal activity.
• Impersonate someone else.
• Try to access other accounts, systems, or data without permission.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our permission.
• Reverse-engineer the service or interfere with our infrastructure.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Safety

Ride Club is a community tool, not a safety system. Always follow traffic laws, ride safely, and never use the app while operating a vehicle. Routes, maps, and live location features are conveniences — they aren't a substitute for paying attention to the road.

Termination

You can stop using Ride Club at any time and delete your account from within the app.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or for security reasons. We'll give notice when we can.

Disclaimers

Ride Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ride Club and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is significant, we'll notify you in the app and update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be handled in courts located in the operator's jurisdiction.
